CONTROL OF AUTOMATIC FEATURES
The RETURN unloader is controlled by a PLC touchscreen that interacts with a brushless motor and solenoid valves to regulate forward speed, thrust force and all automated features.
ADJUSTABLE GUIDE CHANNEL
RETURN has a channel with a round cross-section that is manually interchangeable. The Vulkollan-type plastic material from which it is made makes it extremely resistant to the high rotation speed of bars.
STORAGE
RETURN has a single-level storage with a depth of 700 mm, on either the left or right (depending on the customer’s choice), and it is able to vary the slant angle of workpiece unloading.
WORKPIECE MANAGEMENT
RETURN has a workpiece extraction system from a minimum of 200 mm to a maximum of 1500 mm, for diameters varying from Ø10 to Ø65.
The workpiece is extracted by jaws covered in Vulkollan that remove it from the unloader collet without damaging the finish.
WORKPIECE UNLOADING
RETURN has an unloading system for finished workpieces using plastic levers that allow them to be rested on the slanted storage level.
REDUCER INSERTS
For perfect operation of the RETURN unloader for workpieces with lengths over 500 mm, the inside of the sub-spindle must be fitted with reducer inserts that do not exceed the workpiece diameter by more than 5 mm.
These reducer inserts are hooked into the inside of the sub-spindle by means of a flange to be pushed into the collet chuck holder of the sub-spindle.
